can be submitted to eBay over and over, each time it is submitted, it creates a brand new listing
when submitted to eBay, they first create a new listing in Wonder Lister (visible in the Listings tab) and then submit the newly created listing to eBay
You can create as many listing templates as you so wish and they will exist for as long as you desire
can be deleted any time without affecting any listing(s) it may have created in the past
