Listings you create or that were imported from eBay remain in the system forever unless you decide to get rid of them. One way to permanently get rid of a listing is to delete it and it's gone for ever with no possibility of recovery. Another alternative is to Archive listings. Archiving makes the listing sort of invisible EXCEPT when you explicitly want to see them.
Thus, if you are 100% sure you will never need a listing again in future, go ahead and delete it otherwise you are better off Archiving it.
Archived Listings can be Unarchived but Deleted Listing can't be Undeleted.
Simply press the <DEL> key to delete the selected listings Method-2:
Right click inside the Grid to reveal options
Click on the option "Delete" to delete selected listings
You will see a dialog pop up:
ONLY Ended/Completed listings can be deleted. Active Listings can't be deleted. The listings are deleted ONLY from within Wonder Lister and NOT from eBay.
In the above dialog, the number of days 120 implies that all selected listings that ended 120 days or earlier than that only should be deleted. You can change that number to any number 0 or greater. In addition, listings that have a sale are NOT deleted UNLESS you check the box in the above dialog to explicitly indicate that you want to delete such listings.
The deleted listings will be deleted from ALL folders including from the folders you created.
