How do I create Listing Template from Listing?

Follow these steps:

Select one/more listings for which you wish to create new template (How?)
Right click inside the Grid to reveal options
Click on the option "Create Listing, templates" --> You will find the newly created Templates in the "Work in Progress" folder of the "Listing Templates" tab.

You can also use the option "Create Listing Templates..." within the dropdown button "Miscellaneous Options".
